From our first interactions with Antonio, we received prompt communications, a thorough explanation of our roofing options, a competitive bid to replace our roof (we chose Total Roofing out of three bids), and the new roof was installed in the time frame promised. The onsite crew did an excellent and very professional job (to include a thorough clean up every afternoon before they left), in a timely manner, and all our interactions with them were good. We highly recommend them and would hire them again in the future if we need any type of roof work. My husband and I do not write many reviews...They are a highly recommend!!

Our first contact was with Antonio the estimating expert who returned our phone call immediately and arrived on time at our property. After initial inspection and learning of our needs he called back within hours with a quote for our roof replacement. After acceptance and down payment, we quickly received signed contracts and an email showing each company department contact email and phone number. I had the pleasure of using the contact info to stay informed about the progress of the project. The emails and phone calls to each department contact was answered immediately to my satisfaction. I was impressed with each phase of the project having a specialized team to handle each task. The Permit Specialist notified me that the permit was approved and the work began. Each specialized team arrived promptly and cleaned up each day upon completion. Hired them to install a 24 Ga. metal roof. There was a couple of small dents in the metal when they finished. I own a roofing company so I cant have a bad review. The owner never saw the issues that I saw. When I told Total Roofing about the dents they came very quickly and changed out a couple of panels. I am very happy with the outcome. We had this company replace the thatch roof on our tiki hut with aluminum standing seem. The job turned out better than expected! The roof is a great improvement and the work was completed on time under budget. We highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing experts.
